Ausmusic T-Shirt Day 2020 Competition Terms & Conditions

    Support Act Ausmusic TShirtDay Teams competition

  1. The Sponsor of this competition is Support Act Limited ABN 43 079 588 604 (Support Act)

  2. This Ausmusic TShirtDay competition (Competition) will run from 6th November 2020 to 20th November 2020, inclusive.

  3. This competition is open to all who:
    • Are at least 18 years or older,
    • They have signed up to join https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org.au/
    • Are residents of Australia
    • Have Opted into all marketing communications throughout the duration of the campaign.
    • Have at least 3 team members

  4. The competition is a game of skill (requiring mental ability and a learned capacity to carry out the result). An entrant must post status updates in 25 word or less within the platforms status. https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org.au/

  5. The winners will be determined from the platform status updates listed on https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org.au/ at 16:00:00pm AEST on the following days: 6th November 2020; 13th November 2020, 20th November 2020.

  6. Support Act will determine the winners at approximately 16:00:00pm AEST on 6th November 2020; 13th November 2020, 20th November 2020 at Support Act’s social media agency Comes With Fries, located at Level 5, 292 King St, Newtown 2042.

  7. Each entrant may only win once, and this offer is only available until spots are filled. Support Act’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.

  8. Support Act does not take any responsibility for any technological issues that prevent a status being processed in time or that cause a disparity when a status is updated and when the prizes are drawn. In order to avoid any disappointment, please submit your status update in a reasonable amount of time to ensure that they are processed before the cut-off

  9. The prizes are 3 x $250 menulog voucher packs. Drawn weekly. Bundled in 3x5. Runners up each week will receive $50 voucher (5 runner up places available. To be assigned at the discretion of Support Act). Prize will be fulfilled Support Act and is only available to be claimed by Friday, December, 6, 2020.

  10. Support Act will notify winners by email within 7 days of the draw date. Support Act will publish the names of each winner on https://www.ausmusictshirtday.org.au/ in their terms and conditions section. The winner agrees that Support Act may use their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

  11. Support Act will notify the winners when and where the prize can be collected/ is delivered.

  12. If the prize is not claimed by December 6, 2020 at 13;00PM AEST, the prize may be forfeited and Support Act may award the prize to another entrant, via a game of skill.

  13. Support Act reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

  14. The prize is not redeemable for cash or other products and is not transferable. The prize can only be claimed by verbal or written acceptance by the winner. Any lost or stolen prizes, once in winner's possession, will not be replaced.

  15. All stated prizes will be awarded; however, Support Act reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes if necessary due to unavailability of the notified prizes.

  16. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, then subject to any compulsory law to the contrary, Support Act reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition.

  21. This Ibis Boy Naming Competition (Competition) will run from 28th October 2020 to 19th November 2020, inclusive.

  22. This Competition is open to all who:
    • Are at least 18 years or older,
    • Are residents of Australia
    • Have a social media account.

  23. The competition is a game of skill (requiring mental ability and a learned capacity to carry out the result). An entrant must provide as a comment on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) a name for the Ibis Boy together with, in 25 word or less, why they think Support Act should call Ibis Boy that name (Comment).

  24. Support Act will determine the winners, from the Comments posted, on 10:00:00am AEST 19th November 2020. This will take place at approximately 10:00:00am AEST on 19th November 2020 at Support Act’s social media agency Comes With Fries, located at Level 5, 292 King St, Newtown 2042.

  25. Each entrant may only win once. Support Act’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.

  26.     • Are at least 18 years or older,
    • Are residents of Australia
    • Have a social media account and publicity accessible to see the content.

  41. The competition is a game of skill (requiring mental ability and a learned capacity to carry out the result). An entrant must post a photo of themselves on social media (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) in their favourite Ausmusic T-Shirt, tag @SupportAct, and in 25 word or less tell the story behind the Ausmusic T-Shirt and why the entrant chose to wear it.

  42. Support Act will determine the winners, based on the best photo and story on 10:00:00am AEST 20th November 2020. This will take place at approximately 11:00:00am AEST on 20th November 2020 at Support Act’s social media agency Comes With Fries, located at Level 5, 292 King St, Newtown 2042.

  43. Each entrant may only win once. Support Act’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final.
